Mission Statement: We are called to direct our efforts to supporting, coordinating and implementing ways to reach out and care for the spiritual, physical and emotional needs of parishioners and the community at large throughout all phases of life.

Home Visitation Committee

home-visitationSt. Gabriel Home Visitation Committee is made up of volunteer parishioners who enjoy meeting and helping those in need.

We will be happy to come visit, lend a friendly ear and spend quality time with those who are homebound.

Who Do We Visit?

  • Anyone who may be homebound or living alone.
  • Anyone who may be recovering at home from an illness or surgery.
  • Primarily we visit people in their homes, but also make visits to people in area nursing and assisted living homes.

What Do We Do?

  • We meet with folks in our parish who would like an occasional home visit.
  • We may join in some activity that they enjoy or bring a church bulletin to help them stay in touch.
  • Mainly, we lend an ear and have a friendly chat that they would otherwise not have.
