Vacation Bible School ​Camper information 
June 15-19th ​2026
​9am-12pm 

Parents:

​We’re excited to welcome your children to Vacation Bible School! Please review the important information below to help ensure a smooth and fun week for everyone.    

Daily Schedule
Doors will open at 8:45 AM for campers.
VBS will run from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Snacks & Water
Campers will be provided with a daily snack and water.
Please do not send water bottles with your child.

Clothing & Outdoor Play
Campers will be going outside for games, so please apply sunscreen before drop-off each morning.

Since all activities are hands-on, children may get a little messy. Please send them in play clothes and sturdy shoes. No sandals, please.

Preschool and Grade School Location
Preschool campers will be located in the grade school building this year, not the LOFT. All VBS Campers will be in the grade school. 

Allergies & Medical Information
Please be sure all allergies are listed on the registration form. If there are any updates, contact the parish office as soon as possible.

If your child requires medication during VBS, please drop it off at the main office on the first morning of VBS with Mrs. Vuyancih.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Drop-off will take place at the main doors of St. Gabriel School.
Pick-up will be at the same doors, and parents will then proceed to the gym for camper pick-up. If someone other than those listed on the original registration will be picking up your child, please email [email protected] to make the necessary changes.
