June 15–19 VBS 2026! 🌟 Registration for volunteers (5th grade through adults) opens January 11! VBS will take place June 15–19, with daily volunteer check-in at 8:00 AM and check-out at 12:45 PM. Get ready for an unforgettable week as we explore the Nature of God through faith, fun, and hands-on adventure!
Adult Volunteer Positions
Station Leader
Station Leaders are provided with all materials and information needed to make their station a fun, meaningful, and successful experience for both children and student volunteers. They take the lead in preparing daily activities, communicating station needs to the VBS Coordinator, and working collaboratively with their team to ensure each day runs smoothly.
(Stations include: Snack, KidVid Cinema, Bible Plays, Imagination Station, and Games.)
Adult Station Helper
Adult Station Helpers support the Station Leader by assisting with the setup, activities, and overall execution of tasks within the station.
Student Volunteer Positions
5th Grade Only – Crew Buddy
Crew Buddies work alongside younger children as they transition through VBS stations each day. They participate in activities with their group and help create a positive, welcoming, and fun VBS experience for everyone.
6th–8th Grade – Crew Helper
Crew Helpers assist with a small group of children as they participate in each VBS station, helping them stay engaged and on track throughout the day.
9th–12th Grade – Crew Leader
Crew Leaders guide their small group of children, helpers, and buddies throughout the VBS experience. They take the lead as the group moves between stations and help ensure a smooth and organized day.
6th–12th Grade – Station Helper
Station Helpers support the Station Leader by working directly with small groups of children. They help draw children into discussions, offer choices, ask questions, encourage participation in activities, and provide overall support to keep stations running smoothly.
