If the weekly/monthly contribution date happens to fall on a weekend or holiday, withdrawal will occur the next business day. We also offer holiday contributions as well if you are interested. Withdrawals will occur every year on Good Friday for Easter contributions and Christmas Eve for Christmas contributions. Please note, these monthly and yearly contributions will continue to occur until we receive written notification to cancel. Automated giving begins when your form is returned to the parish office.
To help us with cost-saving measures, unless we are notified otherwise, all those participating in the Automated Giving Program will receive special collection envelopes only (such as Food Pantry, St. Vincent dePaul), not regular Sunday collection envelopes. Some folks do prefer to drop an envelope in the basket each week, rather than having it pass by, so we have added a check box to our contribution envelopes -“electronically” for this purpose. If you wish to continue to receive weekly envelopes and place them in the collection basket every weekend, kindly check the box on the lower half of the Automtaed Giving form “Continue Weekly Envelopes”.
