Mom's Group (with playtime for little ones) - We are in the process of gathering interest in forming a Mom's group (open to mothers and grandmothers). Let us know if you are interested!

Family Connections is a ministry that offers support and encouragement for families by:

offering fun, meaningful, Christ-centered events
connecting families with the caring community at St. Gabriel
strengthening relationship building within the family (all generations), between spouses, and with other families
providing opportunities for families to put faith into action throughout the Liturgical Seasons of the Church year
partnering with St. Gabriel Parish families to create a calendar of events for regular engagement and to empower families to invite others to join us and keep the family growing.

Join us in the Community Room for Donut Sunday! We will have take home crafts available after Mass for various holidays.

September 6-7, 2025 - Grandparents Day take home craft
September 13-14, 2025 - Sacramental Preparation Blessing for 2nd and 9th graders - at all Masses
September 21, 2025 - Donut Sunday - Catechetical Sunday (Blessing of teachers)
September 28, 2025 - Take home craft - Feast of the Holy Archangels Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael - Parish Feast Day!
October 4, 2025 - Blessing of the Pets - 6pm at the Pavilion
October 19, 2025 - Donut Sunday - Children's Choir
November 27, 2025 - Donuts and Thanksgiving Craft
January 11, 2026 - Reception for newly baptized families after the 11:30 AM Mass - we will help serve
January 18, 2026 - Donut Sunday - Children's Choir
February 15, 2026 - Donut Sunday - Beginning of Lent on Ash Wednesday, Feb. 18 - Children's Choir
March 15, 2026 - Donut Sunday - Fourth Sunday of Lent
April 19, 2026 - Donut Sunday - Children's Choir
May 17, 2026 - Donut Sunday - Children's Choir

Quarterly Family Centered Activities: We can use help planning one of the quarterly activities. We have done outdoor games and picnic, father/son retreat, picnic and family fun at a Metro Park. If you are interested in being on the planning team for one of these events, please contact Deacon Bob at [email protected]
