Bulletin Information to be included in the weekend bulletin must be received by Tuesday evening before the weekend due to an 11am Thursday publisher's deadline. This schedule is earlier during holidays such as Easter and Christmas. Please contact Paula if questions. Purchases
A to Z Forms For any checks you need written for reimbursement or to pay a vendor- this form must be completed. You can find it here in the A to Z form listing which is always available on our website. Receipts need scanned and uploaded. Mondays and Fridays - 9am - 5pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays - 9am-7pm Saturdays - 9am - 2pm Sundays - Closed If your meeting will be taking place outside office hours or in a building other than the Parish Office, please contact Paula at the button below to arrange for a key fob. Already have a key fob? Check with Paula prior to your meeting to make sure it is activated and ready for your meeting/Event. Pavilion - the pavilion will remain locked is if your meeting will be there, please contact Paula to arrange to receive the keys prior to your meeting.
