Thank you for hearing the call and leading one of our wonderful Ministries! This page will help with all of your Ministry administrative needs to have a successful meeting/Event. If you have additional questions or your Ministry needs additional help, please contact Paula Haumesser in the Parish Office.
Calendar Link
Due to the fluid nature of calendar, we currently do not have it published on our website. However, please see the link above to review the availability on the calendar, other Events, etc. In the upper left hand corner is a "Calendar Add Request" button.
This is submitted to Paula in the office who will confirm your facility reservation via email.
If your Ministry has not submitted a July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023 calendar for your meetings and Events, the link to the on line request is HERE

Forms for a Successful Meeting/EventFrom the Set Up Sheet to the Event Publicity form for full marketing help, all of our on-line forms can be found at the button below. Communication Schedule:
Electronic Newsletters: Monday - open for one-off communications, as needed Tuesday - Parish E- Newsletter sent to Day School, Learning Loft, Youth Faith Formation and Parish emails (approx. 4,000+ at this time) Wednesday - YFF individual communication emails Thursday - open for one-off communications as needed Friday - School/Learning Loft family communications Saturday - Mass, bulletin and parish news E-Newsletter Sunday - No communication sent Bulletin Information to be included in the weekend bulletin must be received by Tuesday evening before the weekend due to an 11am Thursday publisher's deadline. This schedule is earlier during holidays such as Easter and Christmas. Please contact Paula if questions. |
Office hours and getting in the buildingsThe Parish Office hours are as follows:
Mondays - Thursdays - 8:30am - 7pm Fridays - 8:30am - 5pm Saturdays - 9am - 6pm Sundays - 8am - 1pm If your meeting will be taking place outside office hours or in a building other than the Parish Office, please contact Paula at the button below to arrange for a key fob. Already have a key fob? Check with Paula prior to your meeting to make sure it is activated and ready for your meeting/Event. |
