Grade School VBS: Monday - Friday 9am-12:15pm
Preschool VBS: Monday - Friday 9:15am-11:15am

Join us for a Finale at 12:15 on Friday, June 21st
Gym doors will open for parents at 12:05.
***Preschool participants and families also welcome to attend the Finale!***
 
Grade School:
Participants arrive at 8:45am - stay tuned for specific drop off locations at the school building
Stations begin at 9am
Child care will only be provided for children/siblings of volunteers. Child care will take place in the dayschool. 

Preschool:
Drop off and pick up are at the Learning Loft
- Drop off starts at 9:15am 
- Stations begin at 9:30am
- Pick up is at 11:15am

Other Reminders for the Week:

• We will supply your child with water; no need to send your children with water bottles.
• Send your child with sunscreen applied at home and wearing sturdy shoes - no flip flops - they will be running, dancing, and jumping!!!
• Be on the look out for our daily newsletter which will recap the day and communicate any important information during the week.
• Sunday 6/23, 11:30p.m. Mass: All VBS attendees and volunteers are invited to attend this Mass! We will sing songs from the week and be together with the larger community to celebrate. It’s a great way to reinforce the faith and fun your children experienced through the week! 

NEW SERVICE MODEL AND PROJECT FOR VBS 2024:
St. Gabriel FIN Ministry

Our community is filled with members who are in need. In addition to your prayers, this year we are asking for donations to help serve those who have suffered loss, tragedy, trauma, illness, or other critical needs our Family Connections ministry has received. Your child will come home with a list of items to help contribute toward a gift their group will be gathering for this ministry throughout the week. Children will also contribute prayers, drawings, and letter to be added to the gift throughout the VBS week. 

Monetary and gift card collections will also be accepted at the Finale on Friday. Thank you in advance for your support and generosity.
