Thank you for volunteering for Vacation Bible School 2025!

Please read below for important details and dates.....

Student Volunteers - 
YOU are what makes VBS so special!  The little ones connect with you and have a great week looking up to you as leaders and mentors.  Thank you for dedicating this week to the kids.​       

• Student Interviews: Will take place April 6th from 12:30-2:00pm and April 8th from 6-8pm in the Religious Education Office - more details to follow​
• Saturday 5/10 - All Volunteer Meeting                                                                        11:00am -1:00p.m.: All Adult and Student Volunteer meeting will be held in Brady Hall at the day school. Lunch will be provided, and finger printing will take place after meeting.
• VBS takes place Monday, June 16 through 20th.  Day school volunteers will need to check in at 8:00am on Monday and 8:15am Tuesday-Friday. Preschool volunteers will need to check in at 8:30am on Monday and 8:45am on Tuesday-Friday. Dismissal will be 12:30 for all volunteers. 
• All Volunteer Mass: Sunday 6/15 at 11:30 in the Church.  ​Please join us at mass to open our hearts and minds to serving God's children. 
• Sunday 6/22, 11:30am.  Mass: All VBS attendees and volunteers are invited to attend this Mass! We will sing songs from the week and be together with the larger community to celebrate​. We will have a picnic at the Pavillion following the mass. 
• ​Any student volunteer 14 or over must be fingerprinted.  Fingerprinting will take place on 5/10 11:00am-1:00pm. The waiver form must be signed by the parents prior to the fingerprinting.  This one-time task takes place in the parish office, and you can contact Anna Lee who will be happy to meet you to complete. She is available on Fridays. [email protected]

Adult Volunteers - 
This week could never happen without your dedication!  Whether you are returning or are new to VBS volunteering, each year is a new, rewarding and fun time with the younger kids, and a heartwarming time with our student volunteers.  We have an amazing youth presence here at St. Gabriel!

• All adults must be Virtus Trained.  If you are in need of this certification, please visit our homepage for a link that will provide details. (Vitus dates coming soon!)

• April 3rd-. All Adult Volunteer Meeting.                                                    6:00pm-9:00pm in the Community room of the Parish: Adult volunteers will gather, go over expectations for the week, meet their adult volunteer peers, ask questions and turn in their supply lists. Snacks will be provided.
