All Volunteer Meeting Sunday, May 17th 12:30–2:30 PM 📍 Brady Hall (Day School) This meeting is required for all adult and student volunteers. Lunch will be provided, and fingerprinting will take place following the meeting. VBS Week Schedule VBS runs Monday, June 15–Friday, June 19 Check-In Times:
Volunteer Mass All Volunteer Mass 📅 Sunday, June 14 ⛪ 11:30 AM | Church Please join us as we open our hearts and minds in prayer while preparing to serve God’s children. Closing Celebration Mass 📅 Sunday, June 21 ⛪ 11:30 AM All VBS attendees and volunteers are invited! We’ll sing songs from the week and celebrate together as a parish community. Fingerprinting Requirement Any student volunteer age 14 or older must be fingerprinted. 📅 Fingerprinting Date: Saturday, May 17th following the meeting. 📍 Parish Office A parent-signed waiver is required prior to fingerprinting. Adult Volunteers-This incredible week would not be possible without YOUR dedication and generosity. Whether you are a returning volunteer or joining us for the first time, each VBS season is a joyful, rewarding experience—filled with meaningful moments with our younger children and heartwarming connections with our amazing student volunteers. We are truly blessed with a strong youth presence here at St. Gabriel!
Virtus Training Requirement- All adult volunteers must be Virtus trained. If you need to complete this certification, please visit our parish homepage for the registration link. Virtus training dates coming soon. Important Dates & Meetings All Adult Volunteer Meeting 📅 Thursday, March 19 ⏰ 6:00–9:00 PM 📍 Community Room (Parish) Adult volunteers will review expectations for the week, meet fellow volunteers, ask questions, and turn in supply lists. Snacks will be provided.
